I was driving straight when the vehicle 2 cars ahead of me slammed on their brakes at a green light. I rear ended the car in front of me going approximately 45mph head on, causing major front end damage. Neither of the front airbags deployed. The car was totaled.

During the incident the vehicle rolled over 3 times and the front end and sides were severely damaged but no side curtain or front airbags deployed. During the crash the driver sustained a injured chest and hearing lost, the front passenger sustained neck, back, head and right shoulder injuries. A police report was taken at the scene. The cause of the failure was not determined. The vehicle was destroyed and towed away. The local dealer and manufacturer were notified.
