Infotainment screen failure
Uconnect radio delamination. Unable to control many vehicle features as radio jumps around. Could not get climate control to direct heated air during this texas winter storm. Radio controls all setting and radio will jump around changing setting on it's own.
The contact owns a 2017 Chrysler 300. The contact stated that the infotainment system screen had delaminated, causing the screen touch pad to engage vehicle functions independently while driving. The vehicle was taken to the dealer, where it was determined that the infotainment system needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 46,233.
Other body or interior problem
I have a 2017 chrysler 300s with 10,000 miles on it and the front bumper keep hanging lower on the driver side. I took it in to the chrysler bodyshop and the try to fix it and them say they replace the bumper with a new one and I still have the same problem. The front is about to come off from my car!!! There need to be a recall on the front bumper of the chrysler 300 front bumpers!!! This is the 5 time that I have taken this car to the shop about this bumper!!! Please help!!

Other electrical problem
The screen on the vehicle is separating from the back side of the screen creating a streaking effect that will automatically push buttons while driving or turn the radio on and off. This is the main system for the car controls and can cause driver safety issues.

The display screen controls the navigation and HVAC system. The contact who is deaf and relied on the navigation system for commuting. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic and diagnosed that the display screen might fail due to the high temperatures in Florida. The display screen needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure but informed the contact that there was no recall associated with the VIN and the vehicle was out of warranty. - If the vehicle maintains its speed or accelerates despite attempts to deactivate the cruise control, there would be an increased risk of a crash.
- Remedy
- Chrysler will notify owners, and dealers will inspect the software, and perform a software flash on the engine or powertrain control module, free of charge. The recall began June 4, 2018. Owners may contact Chrysler customer service at 1-800-853-1403. Note: Owners are advised to stop using cruise control until the software update has been performed. In the event that cruise control cannot be disengaged while driving, owners should firmly and steadily apply the brakes and shift the transmission to neutral, placing the vehicle in park once it has stopped.

- Chrysler (FCA US LLC) is recalling certain 2014-2017 Dodge Charger and Chrysler 300 vehicles equipped with all-wheel drive (AWD). The front driveshaft bolts may loosen and allow the front driveshaft to disconnect, potentially causing a loss of motive power.
- Consequence
- A loss of motive power can increase the risk of a crash.
- Remedy
- Chrysler will notify owners, and dealers will replace all eight front driveshaft bolts, free of charge. The recall began April 7, 2017. Owners may contact Chrysler customer service at 1-800-853-1403. Chrysler's number for this recall is T03.
